Graceful Strands accepts returns within 30 days of shipping date for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered for the exchange to be accepted.

Items that are damaged or defective must be reported to Graceful Strands within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us here

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes personalized, lingerie, jewelry, hair accessories, handbags, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
